St. Luke has the privilege to volunteer at the Northern Illinois Food Bank at the Geneva, Illinois Center on Saturday, June 13, from 9:00am-12:00pm. There are 25 spots available to us. Our team will be working on a Food Sort and Pack Shift in the warehouse. Only fully enclosed footwear (gym shoes) is permitted in work areas. The minimum age to volunteer is 8 years old.

If interested in joining the team, please sign up on the sign-up sheet located on the Youth Board in the gym, or email me directly at: fischer5@sbcglobal.net. For registration, the food bank requires each volunteer to have a unique email address that I must enter in to their system by Saturday, May 30. After this date, I will send an email to those signed up with more specific details. I hope you consider and accept this God-given opportunity to share your time to help those in need.
