At our Rally Day church service on Sunday, September 8th at 10:30 am we would like to present all the 3rd Graders of our church & school with a Bible. As part of the celebration of the gift of God’s Word we will invite the 3rd Graders to come forward during the service to make this presentation. We hope that you can make it for that service; If you cannot, Saint Luke school children can get their Bibles in their classroom. If your child comes to Sunday School, it will given there. Otherwise, feel free to contact the church office so arrangements can be made to gift the Bible to your child.

The Confirmation orientation meeting is on Wednesday, September 3rd at 5:30 PM.   It is essential that each student and a parent be at the orientation meeting to go through the requirements and guidelines for the program. We will also review how the acolyte schedule works and the importance and responsibility of that job.

Students of all ages, faculty and supportive staff are invited to bring their backpacks, tote bags, or briefcases to the 10:30 am worship service on Sunday, August 17th for a special blessing to begin the new school year surrounded in prayer.

During the 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. worship services on Sunday, August 17th, Our teachers, aids and supporting staff will be blessed and installed. Please come support these teachers in the frontlines of Christian ministry, and let us together pray that their ministry may be empowered in our school & church.

Join us for a special moment during our at 10:30am service on Sunday, July 13. We will commission the Youth and Adult going to the Youth Gathering in New Orleans during the month of July. Help us for pray for safe travels, learning to express their faith on a different level, and exploring their day to day walk with Christ and what it looks like to run alongside Him as they study Hebrewa12:1-3.

A Free Piano Recital will be held Sunday, June 22, at 2:00 pm here at St. Luke. Enjoy an uplifting evening of beautiful classical music and Ukrainian melodies performed by the talented Mykhailenko brothers.

Musicians Myroslav and Nazarii Mykhailenko will be playing music by classical and ukrainian composers. Free will offering will be accepted.

Join us for worship on Sunday June 15th at the 10:30 am service. We’ll take some time during our service to commission all our children and adult volunteers who are involved in this year’s True North Vacation Bible School beginning Monday June 16th.

We have an essential training for all VBS volunteers on Wednesday, June 11th at 5:00pm. This is for ALL volunteers (crew leaders, station leaders, assistants, etc.) that are serving at the upcoming VBS. Please make plans to be there. Thanks!
