Spring After School Soccer Club

Saint Luke Christian Care is sponsoring an after school soccer club this spring through Soccer Shots. This program is open to Christian Care and school children ages 3 -8 years old. Mother & Daughter Tea Party
Mark your calendars for Saint Luke’s School Mom and Daughter Tea Party. Join us in our school gym on Saturday, May 4th from 10am-12pm for some tea and light refreshments. This is a free event! Don’t miss this special opportunity to make family memories, and meet some new people too.

Mother’s Day Celebration at Saint Luke
Moms and Mother figures, we're celebrating you! We know that the person you call “Mom” might be your mom, or she may be a stepmom, an aunt, a grandmother, a friend, sister, teacher, or even a caring neighbor. Invite your family and friends to celebrate Mother's Day here at Saint Luke.

8th Grade Graduation Service
The congregation and all the school families are invited to be part of our graduation service and reception on Wednesday, May 29 at 7:00pm. Graduation is a celebration of achievement for our 8th graders and it is also a celebration of our church’s school ministry. Our students not only graduate with a strong academic foundation for high school, but also a firm foundation in their faith in Jesus Christ, as their Savior. This “foundation for life” that has been built in our students, has been accomplished with the support of the whole congregation and school, so we invite all of you to join us in celebrating God’s work in our school, which has been carried on for the past 138yrs.

Vacation Bible School The Great Jungle Journey (VBS)
June 24 - 28 (Free)
We would love to see you this summer at The Great Jungle Journey VBS! Kids will have lessons, crafts, games, worship and other fun activities. At The Great Jungle Journey VBS, kids set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Space is limited, so register early.

Influencer: Youth Mission Trip
July 7-12, 2024 | Nashville, Tennessee
God has called us to make a difference in the world. Serve those in need He says. We are going to do that again this summer in Nashville, TN. We'll stay onsite and help greatly in the Nashville area through serving with inner city students, aging adults, and children with disabilities through the organization called Group Mission Trips. Mission Trip participants will be commissioned on June 30th during the 10:30 am service. If you have questions, contact Pastor Erik at ehart@saintlukeitasca.org.

School Spring Break - March 22 - 28 & April 1

This is a special day for grandparents to spend time with their grandchildren visit classrooms, meet the teachers, watch a wonderful performance of our 2024 school operetta titled “Not Your Average Joe“ and enjoy a great experience that is sure to build memories for years to come.
All School Open House & Registration
Registration for the next year has begun and we have an all School Open House & Registration for Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. If you have questions about our school in general, or if you would like to find out information about your child’s next year’s class, please attend our open house. It is a great opportunity to visit the classrooms, meet the teachers, ask questions, hear about our programs, and register for next year. All Registration for the 2024-2025 school year must be done in person.
Gelato Fundraiser
During the month of March Saint Luke School will be doing a Gelato Fundraiser from Undici Gelato & Espresso bar. Bible Books for Ukraine
During the months of February and March, Saint Luke is participating in an outreach Mission to purchase Bible books for Ukraine. For every $5 we collect, a Bible storybook or a Small Catechism will be purchased for a child in Ukraine. These books are translated and printed in languages they can understand. We are so excited about how many children will have the opportunity to learn about Jesus all over the world because of our $5 donations.

If you would like your college students and/or and military personnel to receive a valentine care package this year, please make sure to submit current addresses to the parish office by Wednesday, January 24th.
